Style Fashion Week in DTLA at the Reef in Los Angeles

Greetings! Style Fashion week DTLA in Los Angeles has come and gone but I thought I’d post a little something on the 1 event I felt like attending.

The desire to attend any of the events I was invited to just was not there and I’m not one to force myself to do ANYTHING! But I decided to go because Amber rsvp’d us with VIP access and front row seats to support a friend of hers.

Upon arriving at the Style Fashion Week Tent at the Reef in Downtown LA, we hit the entrance where we were met by a line full of people who embodied style and fellow fashion enthusiasts. The line moved at a pretty decent pace but we later found out that it was the line to show ID and get wrist bands to show we were over 21. Whomp! Eventually we got our “VIP” wrist bands elsewhere and made our way inside.

I was slightly stoked because this was my first style fashion week but I kept it cool as always. Youtuber Jeffree Star was standing 1 foot in front of me by the bar. Which BTW was complete bs and the bartenders clearly can’t do simple math but I digress! But if you ever want Jeffree Star’s attention DO NOT tug on his arm! From what I witnessed he does not like that. Yikes. Poor girl but whatever! We had some time to kill before the actual shows started. Our cranberry juice in tow, meeting up with friends, circling the venue, and people watching.

There were a few “celebs” and I don’t exactly mean A-listers but still some recognizable faces. Eventually the shows started and we were seeing lines from Ashton Michael and Boy London. I’ll just say that Ashton Michael show rocked! The other one, not so much but I have no real desire to even discuss the circus that unfolded before my eyes. I’ll just leave you all with a few flicks!
