And I’m glad for it because I was in need of some new foundation and they slid through with a voxbox RIGHT ON TIME! So yes, today’s post is a review on the bareMinerals BareMinerals BarePRO Performance Wear Liquid Foundation.
Because I did receive this product FREE TO REVIEW I did my best to guess my shade since I obviously couldn’t swatch. I chose Pecan because the picture looked like it may be a good fit but I wish I would’ve went a little darker. Recently, I had been out in the sun and acquired a little tan but so far
I’ve been successful in making this work along with some bronzer to warm up the color in my skin. I’m not the type to like full coverage so I think the bareMinerals BarePRO Liquid Foundation does a great job in giving me the amount of coverage I want while still allowing my skin to breath and have a natural finish. It says full coverage so I’m assuming this foundation is buildable. It claims to be 24 hour wear. I doubt I’ll ever find out but it’s nice to know that I’ll have something long lasting in the event that I need it! I’m also loving the fact that this has an SPF of 20 in it!
I’m starting to realize that maybe I should start (well should have been) incorporating SPF into my skincare routine. I was glad to see that the foundation had some in it! The only cons I could probably give is that it it more watery than I usually go for. It seems to dry pretty fast so it’s best to apply it quickly. Other than that. I like it! Would I purchase it in the future? Hmmmm…..I won’t just say NO right off but for $34 I would prefer something a little less watery but never say never!
